## What Is the Legal Pay Floor for Customer Service Work in Metro Manila?

None of the hiring material we read, including [TP's customer expert posting](https://careersph-teleperformance.icims.com/jobs/52132/teleperformance-philippines---luzon---customer-expert/job), gives a salary for these roles. What you can check is the legal floor. The regional wage board's page lists the daily minimum wage for non-agriculture workers in Metro Manila at [₱755.00 under Wage Order NCR-28](https://nwpc.dole.gov.ph/ncr/), which grants a ₱60.00 increase on the ₱695.00 baseline.

That order was [issued on 07 September 2026](https://nwpc.dole.gov.ph/ncr/). It [covers the cities](https://nwpc.dole.gov.ph/ncr/) of Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon, San Juan, Taguig and Valenzuela, plus Pateros. An earlier order, [NCR-27](https://nwpc.dole.gov.ph/ncr/), is subject to continuing litigation in two regional trial courts, so the page flags it separately.

Two cautions apply. The minimum wage is a floor, not a BPO salary, so ask at the fair whether an offer adds allowances or a night shift premium on top. Second, not every TP site is in Metro Manila. TP's [Molino site is in Cavite](https://insiderph.com/tp-in-the-philippines-offers-over-10000-jobs-in-hiring-drive), and Antipolo is not on the [Metro Manila wage board's list of covered cities](https://nwpc.dole.gov.ph/ncr/). Use the floor as a check. Ask the recruiter for the basic pay, the allowances and the shift premium separately, and compare the basic figure against the rate that applies where your site is.

## How Big Is TP in the Philippines, and Where Else Is It Hiring?

The outlook has cooled. That makes the account, the site and the pay breakdown worth weighing before you sign.
