# ComputerCare

ComputerCare is an IT asset management (ITAM), device repair, and lifecycle services company for enterprise IT teams managing Apple and PC fleets. We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider and Apple Authorized Reseller, and we also provide certified repair for Lenovo, HP, and Dell devices. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Burlingame, California, ComputerCare is a woman-owned business certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). What does ComputerCare do? We manage the full device lifecycle for companies with Apple and mixed fleets: procurement, provisioning, deployment to employees in the office or at home, repair, retrieval, secure data wiping, and end-of-life recycling. IT teams hand off the physical work of device management so they can focus on the rest of their job. Who uses ComputerCare? IT directors and IT managers at growing and enterprise organizations, including technology, financial services, healthcare, professional services, and K-12 education. Common use cases include onboarding and offboarding employees, retrieving devices from remote workers, consolidating device fleets after a merger or acquisition, and keeping repair turnaround short. How is ComputerCare different? All repairs are done in-house by our certified technicians. We never outsource, so there is direct accountability for every device and its data. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we use genuine Apple parts and have access to Apple’s Global Service Exchange (GSX) repair and warranty data. How do customers track their devices? The ComputerCare portal gives IT teams real-time inventory tracking, service requests, repair status, and reporting in one place, so every device is accounted for from arrival to retirement.
