## What their customers say

Quotes from people at House 120's customers.

> “It's the integration. The team took the time to truly listen before the customization process. A detailed blood test and physical assessment informed a customized workout program that has driven real, measurable results. Layered on top of that, the massage therapy, red light therapy, flotation tank and hyperbaric oxygen treatments are not add-ons here; they are woven into the fabric of the experience.”

> “Seen. Supported. Restored. From my very first conversation with the team – who genuinely listened to my goals before designing a program informed by real data, including bloodwork and a full physical assessment – I knew this place was different. Walking into House 120 feels less like going to a gym and more like arriving somewhere that was built with you in mind.”
