Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is a North Carolina-based provider of intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) care management, serving individuals and families across 56+ counties since 2010. CCMS offers a comprehensive range of person-centered services including Tailored Care Management (TCM), Community Living & Support (CLS), Residential & Supported Living Programs, Peer Support Services, Respite Care, Employment Services, and the Dream Center Day Program, all designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of each individual served. With 300+ direct support professionals and 1,000+ active authorizations, Covenant partners with adults with IDD, caregivers, and managed care organizations (MCOs) to help families thrive with dignity, purpose, and independence. CARF-accredited and founded by Paul Peters, a father of an individual with IDD, Covenant is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to live a purpose-filled life.
