Jeff Weisbeck – General Manager Read More Jeff Weisbeck is the General Manager of WindWright, a Stratolaunch company, where he oversees day-to-day operations, drives strategic initiatives to enhance the business, and sets goals to ensure the company accelerates customer hypersonic development by improving the capacity and capabilities of ground test facilities using digital engineering environments. With nearly four decades of experience, he has a proven track record of leading integration between business, engineering, and operational teams to develop innovative technologies and services. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in building structures and teams across engineering, operations, business development, and sales. His leadership has contributed to the development of advanced technology solutions used by both government and commercial clients. Notably, his career includes working as an engineer on the SEAWOLF submarine program with General Dynamics, where he contributed to the project’s success. He also pioneered and patented noise control products widely used in the global aerospace sector. As Vice President of Calspan’s 8T Transonic Wind Tunnel, Mr. Weisbeck was instrumental in leading efforts to enhance operational capabilities/capacities and expand business development, sales, engineering and operational functions. He holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
