- 50M+ postings since 2024
- 10M+ live
- 170K+ employers
- SOC 2 certified

Why it's different

## Most job data can't show its work.

Resold feeds hide where a number came from, count postings that closed weeks ago, and revise history after the fact. Ours doesn't.

- ### From the source Pulled daily from employer career sites, public employment services, and job boards, and every posting links back to where we found it.
- ### History that stays put Posting history goes back to 2024. Daily snapshots since September 2025 are stored as captured and never rewritten.
- ### Coded to the standards you use Occupations to SOC and industries to NAICS, so it joins to what you already report on.

What every record carries

## Provenance on every posting.

Each posting arrives with where we found it, when it was posted, and when we last saw it, so you can check a number before you defend it.

- A source link and capture date on every record
- Removals recorded the day they happen
- Pay where the employer discloses it

What you get daily

## Employer hiring signals, every day.

Employer-level counts of live, new, and removed postings, how long roles stay open, and the remote share, with SEC tickers where a company matches exactly and subsidiaries rolled up to the parent.

- Live, new, and removed postings per employer
- Point-in-time snapshots for backtests
- Daily CSV extracts and bulk history

The daily report

## Want the read, not just the rows?

The same postings, turned into a fund-grade daily edition every morning at 07:00 ET, plus an hourly file on listed companies.

[Direct Hiring Demand MonitorA daily report and CSV feed built on this data, plus hourly updates on listed companies: same-store changes with stated uncertainty, occupation, metro and ticker signals, and a published track record against BLS.See the Monitor](/data/hiring-demand)

Who uses it

## Built for teams that have to defend a number.

Public agencies, researchers, and analysts use the same records, with the source behind every figure.

- ### State LMI offices Current demand by occupation and region, between official releases.
- ### Workforce boards Local hiring by employer to plan programs and outreach.
- ### Universities and researchers Posting-level data with provenance you can cite.
- ### Investment research Daily employer hiring signals, hourly for listed companies, with point-in-time history.
- ### Corporate strategy Competitors' hiring by role, location, and pace.
- ### HR tech platforms Live postings by API to power search and matching.
- ### AI agents Machine-readable surfaces and llms.txt for agents that cite sources.
- ### Newsrooms Hiring and layoff data with the source behind every chart.

Where the number comes from

## The difference shows up when someone asks you to prove it.

Licensing and security

## Data you can defend and publish.

Clear terms for research, products, and publication, on infrastructure that passes security review.

- ### Point-in-time integrity Each day is stored once and never rewritten, so a backtest sees only what was known that day.
- ### Redistribution terms up front Display, publication, and redistribution rights are set in each agreement, so you can brief, publish, or build on it.
- AICPASOC2 ### SOC 2 certified Independently audited controls, with role-based access, audit logging, and encryption at rest and in transit.
