# A Tour of Your Home Screen

Your Home screen is your queue for the day. Learn what Needs attention, Overdue, Gone quiet and Not search-ready mean, and how to act on each one.

## Start Your Day Here

When you sign in, Home greets you by name and shows today's date. Think of it as your to-do list for your caseload: who needs you, who has slipped out of touch and what is holding people back.

## Your Three Counts

At the top of the page you will see:

- Needs attention: members who need something from you.
- Overdue: follow-ups that are past due.
- Due this week: follow-ups coming up in the next few days.

Home is built as your work queue for the day, not a reporting dashboard. It shows who to act on next. For program numbers like placements and engagement, open Analytics.

## Getting Started Checklist

New organizations see a six-step checklist, along with how many steps are done:

- Add a member: invite someone onto the caseload.
- Capture a conversation: paste a thread so replies stay with the case.
- Set a next action: give at least one person a next step.
- Send a job list: share a first round of roles.
- Invite a teammate: bring another staff member into the organization.
- Turn on the daily digest: get tomorrow's queue by email.

## Gone Quiet

This list shows members you have had no contact with for longer than your quiet threshold. Each person shows their stage and a Log check-in button, so you can record the contact as soon as you reach out. Select Show more to see the full list.

## Not Search-Ready

This list shows members who are missing something before job matching can run. Each person shows what is missing, for example Work authorization unknown or Geography unset. Fill in those details on the member's profile to get matching going.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**What is the + button at the top right?**

It opens the Actions menu, where you can jump to any person or start an action like Add note, Log check-in or Set next action.

**Why is someone on the Not search-ready list?**

Their profile is missing details that matching needs. The list shows exactly which ones.

**How do I get my queue by email?**

Complete the Turn on the daily digest step in the Getting started checklist.
