# Accepting Your Invite and Agreeing to User Terms

When you join your organization on Metaintro, you accept your invite and agree to the user terms. Here is how to get set up, and what is coming soon.

## Welcome to the Team

Your organization has invited you to Metaintro to help the members you serve find work. Accepting your invite takes a minute.

## Step 1: Open Your Invite

Look for the invitation email from Metaintro. It may include a personal message from your organization. Select the link in the email.

## Step 2: Sign In or Create Your Account

Follow the steps to sign in. Depending on your organization's settings, you may sign in with a link sent to your email or set a password.

## Step 3: Start on Your Home Screen

Once you are in, you land on your Home screen. Start with A Tour of Your Home Screen.

## Coming Soon: Agreeing to the User Terms

Soon, each staff member will review and agree to the Metaintro user terms when they first join. They will cover how to use Metaintro responsibly and how to handle the information members share with you. We will add the steps here when it launches.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**My invite link is not working. What do I do?**

Ask your organization's admin to send a new invite, or email support@metaintro.com.

**I did not get an invite email.**

Check your spam folder, then ask your admin to confirm your email address.

**Do I need to agree to anything today?**

Your organization's admin and your Metaintro contact will let you know what applies during onboarding.
