# Enterprise FAQ

## Getting Started

**What does it cost to try Metaintro?**

Pilots are free for 90 days and end automatically. There is no charge and nothing to cancel.

**How long does setup take?**

Most organizations are up and running the same day, and within a few days at most.

**Are you a staffing agency?**

No. Metaintro is software your staff use to match members with real openings and track their progress. We do not place people or take a fee from employers.

**Does Metaintro connect to our case management system?**

We scope integrations with each organization. Tell our sales team which system you use, and we will scope an integration with you. Most teams start by adding members directly in Metaintro.

## Data and Security

**Is our data used to train AI?**

No. Your organization's data is never used to train or improve any AI model.

**Is Metaintro SOC 2 certified?**

Yes, SOC 2 Type II. The report is available under NDA.

**Do you support single sign-on?**

Yes, through SAML 2.0 or OIDC, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Google.

**Who on our team can see a member's information?**

It depends on their role. Managers and admins see everyone. Counselors and case managers see only the members assigned to them.

**What happens to our data when the pilot ends?**

You have 30 days to export it. We then delete it and can give you written confirmation.
