# Exporting Your Organization's Data

Your organization owns its data. Here is how your admin can request a full copy as CSV files, how long it takes and what happens when a pilot ends.

## How to Request an Export

Your organization's administrator emails support@metaintro.com with the subject line Data export request. We send a full copy of your organization's data as CSV files within 30 days. CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets and most other tools.

## If Your Pilot or Contract Is Ending

Your data remains available for export for 30 days after the end date. After that, it is deleted.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Who can request an export?**

Your organization's administrator.

**Can I also ask you to delete our data?**

Yes. Email support@metaintro.com, and we act within 30 days. We can send written confirmation once it is deleted.

**Can I export a report instead of all our data?**

Report exports are coming soon.
