# Inviting Case Managers and Staff

Invite case managers and other staff into your Metaintro organization, choose their role and set the language they will use, all from Settings.

## Bring Your Team On Board

Metaintro works best when everyone who supports your members is on it together. Inviting a staff member takes under a minute, and you can see everyone who has joined in one list.

## Step 1: Open the Team Tab

Select Settings in the left-hand menu, then the Team tab. You will see everyone already in your organization, their role and the date they joined.

## Step 2: Send the Invitation

Select Invite Team Member, then fill in:

- Email address: where the invitation will be sent.
- Role: what this person can do in your organization. See Roles and Permissions for the full list.
- Language: everything this team member sees, from signing in to emails and chat, will be in this language.

Select Send Invitation.

## Step 3: Check They Have Joined

Once your teammate accepts, they appear on the Team tab with their role and join date.

## A Quicker Way From Home

New organizations also see a Getting started checklist on the Home screen. One of its steps is Invite a teammate, which takes you straight to the Team tab.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Is inviting staff the same as adding a member?**

No. Staff are the people who run your program, and they are invited from Settings, Team. Members are the job seekers you support, and they are added with Add Member.

**Can I change the language after I invite someone?**

The language is set on the invitation. If you picked the wrong one, email support@metaintro.com and we will help.

**Who can invite staff?**

Admins manage organization settings, which includes the Team tab.
