# Logging Employer Outreach and Engagement

Logging employer outreach is coming soon. Until then, here is how to record the jobs and placements that come from your employer relationships.

Calls, visits and emails with employers are a big part of your team's work. Employer outreach logging will give that work a home in Metaintro. We will add instructions here when it launches.

## What You Can Do Today

- Record roles from employers: use Log Sent List in a member's thread, or send them with Find Jobs.
- Record placements: move the member to Placed and add a note with the employer.
- See results: open Analytics, then Outcomes, for placements by industry.

**Can I use Outreach to email employers?**

No. Outreach is for messages to members.

**When will this be available?**

It is coming soon, alongside employer contacts.

**Where can I see which industries members are placed in?**

Open Analytics, then the Outcomes tab.
