## Get the Full Story Before You Call

Members talk to the Metaintro career agent about job searches, skill gaps and getting job-ready. Reading their threads means you pick up where they left off instead of starting over.

## Step 1: Find the Thread

Open the member from the Dashboard and select the Threads tab. Each thread shows:

- A title, usually the member's first question.
- A topic tag such as Job search, Skill gap or Readiness.
- How many messages it has and when it was last active.
- How many jobs were matched and whether a resume is attached.

Use Filter by to narrow the list.

## Step 2: Read the Conversation

Select a thread to open it. The member's messages and the career agent's replies appear in order.

## Step 3: See Who Is Involved

On the right, Participants shows the member, the Metaintro career agent, anyone from your team and any friends, family or advisors. Notes and Jobs tabs show notes and jobs linked to the thread.

## Reading AI Replies With Care

The career agent is there to help, but it does not get the last word. Its replies can be wrong and can reflect bias that exists in the job market. Check anything important against what you know about the member.
