## Coming Soon

When a member needs extra support, what you do next matters, and so does recording it. When at-risk alerts launch, we will add guidance here on logging interventions.

## What You Can Do Today

When you see a Gone quiet alert or a member on the Gone quiet list:

1. Reach out to the member.
2. Select Log check-in, choose the method and direction, add a note and set a Next follow-up.
3. Select Add note for anything else, such as barriers you discussed.
4. Select Set next to Next action and describe what you owe them, with a due date.
5. Select Mark all read in your notifications once you have dealt with your alerts.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Where do my notes go?**

Notes and actions appear on the member's Activity tab.

**Does marking an alert read count as a response?**

No. It only clears the alert. Log a check-in to record the contact.

**When will at-risk alerts launch?**

They are coming soon. We will update this article when they do.
