# Setting Up Offices, Programs, and Teams

Grouping staff and members into offices, programs and teams is coming soon. Here is how to organise your caseload in Metaintro today.

## Coming Soon

Many workforce organizations run several sites, programs or teams under one roof. Soon you will be able to set these up in Metaintro, so staff and members sit in the right group. Team messaging is also on the way. We will add step-by-step instructions here at launch.

## What You Can Do Today

- Invite your staff: open Settings, then Team, and select Invite Team Member.
- Choose the right role for each person: Admin, Manager, Program Director, Instructor, Student Coordinator or Career Counselor.
- Track where each member is: the Dashboard groups members by stage, from Invited to Placed.
- Message your members: in Outreach, send to one person or to all members.

**Can I run more than one site in Metaintro today?**

Everyone is in one organization for now. Email support@metaintro.com and we will talk through your setup.

**Will my existing staff and members move into the new groups?**

We will share details when offices, programs and teams launch.

**Can I message just one team?**

Not yet. Team messaging is coming soon. Send to an individual or to all members for now.
