# Telling Job Seekers About AI: Suggested Language

Ready-to-use wording for telling members that Metaintro uses AI, what the career agent does, who can read their chats and how their data is protected.

Last updated: September 30, 2026[Enterprise](/help/category/enterprise)

Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or Pi.

## Why It Matters

Members trust you with personal details about their lives. When they know how the career agent works and who can see what they share, they can decide what to share and feel comfortable using it.

## When to Bring It Up

- At intake, before you send their invite.
- When a member asks whether they are talking to a real person.
- When a member asks who can see their messages.

## What to Say: Introducing the Career Agent

"Metaintro gives you a career agent that uses AI. You can talk with it any time, day or night, to search for jobs, save roles you like and work on your resume. It is not a person, but I am. I will still meet with you, and I can see how your search is going so we can plan next steps together."

## What to Say: Who Can Read the Chat

"Your conversations with the career agent are part of your file with us. I can read them, and so can the leaders at our organization. That helps me support you between our meetings. Metaintro's staff only look at your file when they need to in order to help us, and other job seekers never see your information."

## What to Say: How Their Data Is Protected

"Your information is never used to train AI, and it is never sold or used for advertising. When the career agent uses an outside AI model, details that identify you are removed first."

## What to Say: Safety

"If something you write in the chat suggests you might be at risk, the chat pauses and you will see crisis support numbers right away. I will be told so I can check in with you. The chat starts again once someone from our team has spoken with you."

## Tips for the Conversation

- Use your own words. The wording above is a starting point, not a script.
- Keep it short. One or two sentences at intake is enough. Share more if they ask.
- Invite questions. Let members know they can always ask you what the career agent can see or do.
