# Tracking Applications for a Job Seeker

See the jobs a member saved, record roles they applied to on their own, and move them through the Applying and Interviewing stages.

## Know Where Every Application Stands

Members apply to jobs you send and jobs they find themselves. Keeping both in their file gives you the full picture and makes your outcomes accurate.

## Step 1: Check Saved Jobs

Open the member from the Dashboard and select the Jobs tab. Under Saved by member, you will see each role and its employer.

## Step 2: Record Off-List Applications

Open one of the member's threads and select Applied Off-List. Fill in:

- What they applied to
- Where they found it
- Applied: the date

Select Save. You can also choose Log off-list from the + Actions menu.

## Step 3: Record Jobs You Sent

For roles you sent, use Find Jobs or Log Sent List in the thread, so you can see what went out in each round.

## Step 4: Update Their Stage

On the member's Details tab, change Pipeline stage as they move forward, for example from Searching to Applying to Interviewing.

Yes. Members can track applications in their own Metaintro account.

**Where do I see the stage for everyone?**

The Dashboard groups every member by stage.

**What do I do when they get an interview?**

Move their Pipeline stage to Interviewing and add a note.
