# Tracking Placements and Wages

Detailed placement and wage tracking is coming soon. Here is how to record placements and see your program's outcomes in Metaintro today.

## Coming Soon

For many workforce programs, a placement and the wage it pays are the numbers that matter most. Soon you will be able to record each placement with its details, including wages, and report on them. We will add step-by-step instructions here at launch.

## What You Can Do Today

- Mark a placement: open the member from the Dashboard and set Pipeline Stage to Placed on the Details tab.
- Track the steps before it: the Jobs tab shows roles marked Interviewing and Offer.
- See your results: select Analytics, then Outcomes, for job placements, interviews secured and success rate.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Where do I record a member's starting wage today?**

There is no wage field yet. Add it as a note on the member's file for now.

**Will past placements count when tracking launches?**

We will share details when placement tracking launches.

**Can I use this for grant reporting?**

Analytics shows placements today. Wage reporting is coming soon.
