## Keep Every Job Seeker Covered

Staff change roles, caseloads get rebalanced and people go on leave. When a job seeker needs a new case manager, the goal is that nothing gets lost in the move.

## Step 1: Ask for the Transfer

Email support@metaintro.com with:

- The member's name and email.
- The name of the new case manager.
- When the change should take effect.

## Step 2: Write a Handover Note

Open the member from the Dashboard and select Add note on the Details tab. Sum up where things stand, what was promised and what should happen next. Notes are visible to your team, so the new case manager can read it straight away.

## Step 3: Set the Next Action

On the Details tab, select Set next to Next Action, so the new case manager knows the first thing to do.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Does the member's history move too?**

Threads, notes, check-ins and jobs stay on the member's file.

**Can I transfer a whole caseload at once?**

Email support@metaintro.com with the list of members and the new case manager.

**Should I tell the member?**

Yes. Let them know who their new contact is. You can message them from their thread or from Outreach.
