## Engagement Status

Some members drift away quietly. Every member has an engagement status so your team can notice early: Active, Needs Attention after 30 days with no activity, and At Risk after 90 days. You will see the status on the member's record and can filter the member table on Home by it.

## Coming Soon: Automatic Alerts

Automatic alerts that notify you when a member becomes at risk are coming soon. We will add full details here when they launch.

## What You Can Do Today

- Check Not search-ready on Home: members missing details that matching needs.
- Open the bell: your open alerts are grouped by type and priority.
