# Understanding the Job Seeker Profile

A member's Details tab shows their profile strength, whether they are search-ready, their stage, their next action and every detail on file. Here is how to read it.

Last updated: September 30, 2026[Enterprise](/help/category/enterprise)

Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or Pi.

## Know Who You Are Talking To

Before any call or message, the member's profile gives you the essentials at a glance. It also shows which details the member confirmed and which ones were worked out automatically.

## The Top of the Profile

When you open a member from the Dashboard, the Details tab shows:

- Location: where they are, and where that came from, for example From résumé.
- Prefers: their language preference.
- Local time: their current time, so you know when to reach out.
- Profile: a percentage showing how complete their profile is.

Details marked unconfirmed were worked out automatically from other information on file. Confirm them with the member.

## Search-Ready or Not

This shows whether the member has everything matching needs. If they are Not search-ready, the missing pieces are listed, for example Work authorization unknown or Geography unset.

## Case Summary

Below that you will see:

- Last contacted: when your team last reached them.
- Member since: when they joined.
- Resume: whether a resume is uploaded.
- Status and Pipeline stage: where they are right now, for example Intake.
- Next action: what you owe them next. Select Set to add one.

Quick buttons let you Add note, Log check-in or Email the member.

## Constraints, Open Questions and Basics

Constraints and Open questions capture anything that limits their search or still needs an answer. Basics holds their name, contact details, location and links, with a completeness percentage and a note of who last edited it.
