# Viewing a Job Seeker's Activity Timeline

The Activity tab shows the notes and actions your team has logged for a member, so anyone can see what has happened on their case.

## See What Has Happened on a Case

When a case changes hands, or you are picking it back up after a while, the Activity tab tells you what has already been done.

## Step 1: Open the Member

From the Dashboard, select the member.

## Step 2: Open Activity

Select the Activity tab. Notes and actions your team has logged for this member appear here.

## What Adds to the Timeline

- Add note: call outcomes, intake summaries and next steps.
- Log check-in: contact with the member, and when you will follow up.

## If It Is Empty

A member with nothing logged shows No history yet. Notes and actions will appear here. Add a note or log a check-in to start their history.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Why does the member show Contacted Never?**

Nobody has logged contact with them yet. Log a check-in after you reach out.

**Where do I see the member's own activity?**

The Dashboard shows when they were last active, and the Threads tab shows their conversations.

**Can the member see their Activity tab?**

The Activity tab is part of your team's view of the member's file.
