## Why It Matters

Members share personal details with your team. Limiting each person to the files they need keeps that information private and your team focused.

## Who Sees What

- Owner, Admin, Manager and Program Director: every member in your organization.
- Career Counselor, Student Coordinator and Instructor: only the members assigned to them.
- Case Manager, Career Coach and Program Coordinator (outplacement organizations): only the members assigned to them.
- Members: only their own information.

## How to Change What Someone Can See

A person's role controls what they see. To give someone a wider view, give them a role like Manager. To pass a case to a colleague, transfer the member to them.

## Metaintro Staff

Metaintro staff access your data only when they need to in order to support you, and they are bound by confidentiality.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**Can a case manager see members who are not assigned to them?**

No. They see only their own caseload. Someone with a role like Manager can see everyone.

**Who controls roles?**

Your organization's admins. Remove access promptly when someone leaves your team.

**Can I see who looked at a member's file?**

Yes. Admins can open Settings, Advanced, then Open Audit Log to see the last 90 days of views and exports.
