## Description

The Operations Support Specialist supports the day-to-day operations, staff environment, event logistics, and administrative functions of St. Augustine Preparatory Academy’s North and South Campuses. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the role handles event setup and teardown, catering and hospitality support, lounge stocking, supply and inventory coordination, purchasing, HR administrative support, operational pre-boarding, front-desk coverage, visitor management, and general data-entry tasks. The position is full-time year-round and requires a GED or high school diploma, 1–3 years of administrative, office-operations, or logistics support experience, Google Workspace proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to lift and move supplies weighing up to 25–30 pounds.
