## Description

AlignOps is hiring a full-time Account Development Representative to prospect construction-industry clients, conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, schedule strategy sessions, and support Account Executives in converting opportunities. The role requires 1–3 years of enterprise sales prospecting and quota-attainment experience, proficiency with CRM and sales-engagement tools, and the ability to work remotely from the United States, preferably from the St. George, Utah or Indianapolis, Indiana office. The US base salary is $60,000–$70,000 plus commissions, with OTE up to $100,000.
