## Description

The Account Manager – Technical Building Services/M&E will own an established portfolio of approximately 250–300 customer accounts, develop account-growth strategies, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, follow up quotations and project opportunities, and work with technical specialists to qualify and expand business involvement. The role is office-based in Morley, Leeds, pays up to £40,000 plus a performance bonus with an OTE of £45,000–£50,000, and requires proven account-management experience, CRM proficiency, relationship-building skills, and a willingness to learn the technical building services and M&E product offering.
