## Description

Flanks is hiring an Admin & Operations Intern for a six-month internship with its Product team, reporting to the Product Delivery Manager. The role manages authorization letters and data-sharing requests sent to custodians, monitors and follows up on active requests, handles custodian email communication, maintains the Tramoia tracking tool, coordinates documentation, verifies data-sharing activation, and resolves standard operational cases. The internship is based in Barcelona with flexible working hours and hybrid work options, and requires professional fluency in Spanish; a related business or finance education is preferred, while prior administrative or operations experience is not required.
