## Description

Copeland is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly to develop and improve assembly processes, equipment, workstation layouts, material handling, and manufacturing cells. The role supports new product introductions, capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, validation, commissioning, documentation, and continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
