## Description

Qualcomm Canada ULC is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for its Low Power AI Solution team to research and develop efficient on-device inference systems. The role focuses on model efficiency, model compression, PEFT, compiler optimization, software–hardware co-design, and the conversion of research into production-ready AI solutions for Qualcomm’s low-power AI accelerators. Candidates need strong expertise in neural network architectures, model compression, ML systems, compiler optimization, and AI accelerator development pipelines, along with a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree and the specified work-experience requirements.
