## Description

Quatt is hiring an AI-native engineer to build and ship AI-powered products end to end, including homeowner portals, business agents, and decision-making tools. The role emphasizes rapid, production-ready development, experimentation with models such as Claude, Gemini, and Grok, and ownership of small product pods. Candidates should have shipped more software in the past year than most engineers ship in three, with much of it using AI, and should be able to build scalable production software. Applicants are asked to submit an AI-built project from the last 30 days and complete an introductory call followed by two interviews.
