## Description

Marsh Risk is hiring an Algorithmic Underwriting Lead for its Portfolio Solutions – Fast Track team in London, Norwich, or Birmingham. The role owns and manages the rules engine that drives automated underwriting decisions, recommendations, initial in-scope/out-of-scope decisions, and automated bind processing, while monitoring performance, correcting defects, and improving the Underwriting Framework. It requires experience in underwriting automation, pricing models, decision engines, or rules management, along with strong analytical, technical, and commercial judgment. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
