## Description

The Alterations Customer Service Representative supports David’s Bridal’s alterations department by welcoming and servicing customers, managing appointments, answering phones, pressing and steaming garments, processing special orders and pickups, maintaining alterations-room standards, and resolving customer concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store, and helpful prior sewing and POS experience. It is a part-time position with benefits including vision care, supplemental insurance, a 401(k) program, and discounts.
