## Description

The IND Staff Software Engineer will design, build, test, and support scalable contact-center solutions on Amazon Connect and other cloud-based customer experience platforms. The role covers IVR and contact-flow development, routing and telephony integrations, voice, chat, and email capabilities, APIs, microservices, serverless architectures, AWS services, CI/CD automation, quality testing, and Agile delivery. AI-assisted development and AI-enabled customer experience capabilities are preferred, while hands-on experience with contact-center platforms, AWS, and DevOps is required.
