## Description

Artech is hiring an Amazon Lex Developer for a 12-month Contact Centre Transformation program in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week onsite. The role designs, develops, deploys, and maintains conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect, including chatbots, voice bots, dialog flows, integrations with AWS Lambda and API Gateway, testing, troubleshooting, and production enhancements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, three years of conversational AI or chatbot experience, hands-on Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect experience, Agile experience, and prior client or industry experience; AWS Bedrock, generative or agentic AI, financial services, AWS certifications, and enterprise contact centre experience are preferred.
