## Description

Nightwing is seeking an Android Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-performance Android applications. The role focuses on native Android development using the Android NDK, C/C++ library integration, mobile architecture, performance and stability troubleshooting, and full software development lifecycle work. Candidates must hold a current TS/SCI with Poly clearance and have at least three years of experience developing applications with C and Python; C++ or Java experience, native-code optimization, Android SDK familiarity, version control, and independent contract work are preferred.
