## Description

Innovative Systems is hiring an Application Support Analyst for its Technical Customer Experience team in London, United Kingdom. The role provides tier I and II technical support by troubleshooting software, integrations, product functionality, and adoption issues; developing SQL scripts and custom software processes; collaborating with product and engineering teams; and creating knowledge-base documentation and training materials. The position requires a STEM-related degree, SQL experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for a Tuesday-Saturday 5:00 AM–2:00 PM shift, with minimal after-hours on-call support.
