## Description

DOCOsoft is hiring a Business Application Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex business application issues, manage incidents and problems, monitor operational performance, conduct post-incident reviews, and support high-value insurance clients. The role requires a university degree, at least three years of relevant experience, client-facing technical support experience, Microsoft SQL Server and Windows production knowledge, IIS knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
