MillTech is hiring an entry-level, full-time Application Support Engineer to support the reliability, scalability, and smooth operation of its FX hedging and cash investment platform and infrastructure. The role is based in New York City with an in-office three-day-per-week schedule and includes incident response, observability, automation, documentation, on-call support, and collaboration with engineering and business teams. The position requires production application support and site reliability engineering experience, observability and cloud experience, programming or scripting proficiency, SQL and database knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
