## Description

The Applications Engineer provides technical support for pre-sale activities for the company’s key customers worldwide, serving as a technology expert for prospective customers and existing pre-sale activities. The role supports the BD pipeline, analyzes complex customer requirements, collaborates with BD, R&D, costing, operations, QA, process engineering, sales, and customer service teams, leads cross-organizational projects, and builds knowledge of customer applications and market requirements. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in post-sales technical support, application engineering, or customer support, along with knowledge of technical support, manufacturing methods, production planning, product cost structures, autonomous work, and experience with MS Office and an ERP system such as SAP, MFG PRO, or Oracle.
