Interac is hiring a full-time AppOps Analyst to support the stability, availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical applications and infrastructure. The role covers Java/JEE applications, APIs, microservices, cloud and hybrid environments, databases, monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, production releases, change management, documentation, and operational automation. Candidates need a relevant university degree, at least two years of application-support or production-operations experience, and strong knowledge of Java, SQL, Linux, databases, AWS, observability tools, and ITIL processes. The position pays $65,000-$85,000, includes a short-term incentive plan, and requires 24x7 rotating shifts, on-call availability, and eligibility to work in Canada.
