## Description

Startec Compression & Process is hiring an Apprentice Instrumentation Technician to work at its Shepard Shop in Calgary, Alberta. The role involves fabricating and installing tubing and instrumentation, mounting instruments, using P&ID and GA drawings for skid layouts, performing pneumatic testing, diagnosing and repairing instrumentation faults, maintaining records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in safety and continuous-improvement activities. The position follows a 5:50 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule, with days and weeks and overtime as required, and requires an Instrumentation Technician Apprentice at the third year or greater, two years of industrial instrument construction or manufacturing experience, fabrication-shop experience, applicable tooling, and successful completion of a functional, alcohol, and drug test.
