## Description

Wally’s is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager/Executive Sous Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen alongside the Executive Chef. The role manages daily kitchen operations, develops and supervises team members, maintains food quality and safety, supports inventory and food cost, and delivers consistent guest experiences. Candidates need 2–3 years of kitchen or food service leadership experience, team-leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for weekends and holidays. The position offers morning and evening shifts totaling more than 40 hours, with quarterly bonus opportunities and company-paid medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, and FSA benefits.
