LawDeb is recruiting a full-time Assistant Manager for its UK Entity Management team. The role leads a portfolio of high-profile institutional clients, delivers company secretarial and corporate governance services, manages workflows and junior team members, oversees statutory filings and electronic records, advises clients on compliance and governance, and supports business development. Candidates need a CGI qualification or equivalent professional qualification, a degree preferably in business or law, and extensive UK entity management experience.
