## Description

Colliers is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate to support the daily operation of a commercial leasing team. The role involves cold calling, prospecting, lead follow-up, database maintenance, networking, proposal and lease review, presentation preparation, and eventual independent management of sales transactions. Applicants need at least one year of relevant sales experience, Oregon real estate licensing or authorization to obtain it, CRM and Microsoft Excel experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Compensation is 100% commission-based for producers, with individual pay determined by location and other factors.
