## Description

Radancy is hiring an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead integrated creative campaigns, develop strategic messaging for AI-powered SaaS and talent acquisition technology, direct cross-functional creative teams, and mentor creative talent. The role requires exceptional long- and short-form writing, creative direction, stakeholder and executive communication, and experience translating complex technology into customer-focused marketing content. Preferred experience includes enterprise SaaS, HR or talent acquisition technology, SEO/AEO/GEO, account-based marketing, and content analytics. The position offers a USD 107,000–125,000 annual salary and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
