## Description

Hempel is hiring an entry-level Associate Customer Care Representative to provide back-office and transactional support for its Customer Care organization. The role handles quotations, order placement and tracking, delivery updates, customer documentation, customer communication, data management, and related administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and compliance. Applicants should have a relevant university or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MS Office proficiency, English working ability, strong problem-solving skills, and preferably 1–2 years of Customer Care experience.
