## Description

BlackRock is seeking an Associate Quantitative Modeler for Aladdin Financial Engineering (AFE) – Single Security to develop, enhance, validate, and govern securitized products models and analytics across agency and non-agency mortgage-backed securities, CRT, MSR, CMBS/CRE, ABS/ABF, and CLOs. The role involves quantitative research, model implementation, large-dataset analysis, cross-functional collaboration with data, technology, portfolio management, client, and risk teams, and ownership of model risk management, monitoring, controls, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have 3–4 years of quantitative model development experience, strong programming skills in Python and R, and a degree in a quantitative field; the position is based in New York with a hybrid work model and a posted salary range of USD 137,500–170,000 plus bonus and benefits.
