## Description

The Backend Platform Engineer will own backend services from development through production deployment, using TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS. The role also covers GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, observability, debugging, developer tooling, and collaboration with DevOps on infrastructure and automation. Experience with PostgreSQL, APIs, asynchronous messaging, Terraform, Azure, and AKS is useful, while AI development workflows and npm workspaces are additional benefits.
