# Behavior Technician at Centria Autism

## Description

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and requires patience, compassion, teamwork, physical mobility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, and applicants need a high school diploma or GED, CPR and First Aid certification, a tuberculosis test, and a background check. The pay range is $20.00 to $29.00.
