## Description

Inner Circle Autism Network is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. The role implements behavior intervention plans, uses positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors, records client progress, and supports families. No prior experience or RBT certification is required because comprehensive training is provided, and the position offers a $2 raise after obtaining RBT certification.
